Here at Doulara, we offer worldwide shipping on all of our orders. 
UK - Standard Shipping 3 working days. £5.95
UK - Expedited Shipping 1-2 working days £6.95
UK - Guaranteed Next Day Order before 1pm £9.95
Europe - Tracked 5-7 working days from dispatch £14.95
Rest of World - Tracked 7-10 working days from dispatch £17.95
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from our HQ in England. Please note that all stated shipping times are approximate - we cannot guarantee that your order will be received within the stated timeframe. The above is a guideline only and may be subject to delays.
A signature will be required upon receipt to ensure your product is correctly delivered. We recommend a work/office delivery address if you might be away during the day (9.00am – 5.00pm) when most deliveries are undertaken.
RETURNS POLICY 
Orders can be returned for any reason within 28 days from the date the order was placed as long as they have not been worn. Unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange after this time. Due to hygiene reasons knickers are unable to be returned or exchanged. Items bought as part of a promo/sale can only be exchanged for store credit. 
 
Returned items must be in the same condition, unwornunwashed, with any tags or branding attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a return if items are not received in their original condition.

Once your return is received a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take up to 7 working days for a refund to show up on any bank statements.

We do not cover return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your return reaches us. Items that are not received will not be refunded so we recommend using tracked or insured service to avoid disappointment.
